If you will be needing assistance with the cost of the course, there are several options.

 

 

ABCHII is an approved school for an application for a loan from Sallie Mae apply online at www.salliemae.com go to the category Getting A Loan click loans for training then career training.  This application takes almost two months from beginning to end so apply early and check class schedules to be sure you loan arrives in time for school. 

 

Arkansas Workforce Rehab will pay for this program if you qualify and other cost depending on office and available funds.  The number in Little Rock Arkansas is 501-682-7719 This program will pay for the Training, Packet and Tests.  One of the requirements to this program is that you are on food stamps, or have lost your job through no fault of your own.  There is also a program that will pay for young adults between the ages of 19-21.

 

Arkansas Rehab number in Little Rock is 501-686-2800.  This program will pay for Training, and Tests.  Some of these programs also pay for the packet as well.

 

VA Benefits is 501-796-3627.  This program will pay for Training, and Tests. May pay for the packet as well.  

 

VA Rehab is 501-370-3780.  This program will pay for Training, Packet, and Tests.

 

The cost of the class is one thousand, eight hundred and ninety-five dollars ($1,895.00).  We have a packet that contains a laptop computer, printer, Home Inspection Software Program, camera, bag and basic tools for one, thousand, fifty dollars ($ 1650.00) this packet is optional.  The cost of the two tests you will have to take is two hundred and twenty-five dollars ($ 225.00) and eighty-five dollars ($ 85.00 If you are applying for the entire package the cost is three thousand, eight hundred and fifty-five dollars ($3,855.00).  Workforce Rehab and VA Rehab will pay this full amount.  The tests are given by a testing facility in Little Rock Arkansas on University Ave or in Springdale, Arkansas.  The webpage for the Arkansas Home Inspection Board is www.ahit.org.  You may register and pay for the tests, get any information about being a Home Inspector, and download application at this website.
